Great experience with Mercy Electric! Dimas came out to install a Tesla charger in my garage and did an excellent job. He was fast, professional, kind, and very informative throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly, got the installation done quickly, and made the whole experience easy.

I had an unexpected emergency happen when a garbage truck hit an overhead power line and ripped the meter off of my 4 unit building. Finding an electrician who was competent, let alone available on short term notice, seemed impossible. Mercy came through for me! I'm a retired contractor, and I can't say enough about how on it they were! Demas showed up same day to assess the damage, sent a full crew early the next morning to start working, and had it signed off by the City inspector by 4pm. if only PGE worked like this! A whole new upgraded panel that had to be relocated to meet code was ready to go in 8 hrs! Not only were they fast, their bid came in about 65% of what my other quoted bid was.
